Challenge • PCC AS A MEMBER OF ICA BEING THE NATIONAL APEX COOPERATIVE. • CDA SHOULD ALSO BE AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF ICA.

CDA INTEGRATED AND COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM • A RE-ENGINEERED FULLY FUNCTIONING CDA STRUCTURE • TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF MICRO AND SMALL SCALE COOPERATIVES INTO HALF OF ITS PRESENT NUMBER BY 2020 - TO GRADUATE INTO NEXT LEVEL • 100% OF COOPS ARE COMPLIANT WITH THE EXISTING LAWS RULES AND PROCEDURES BY 2020
CDA INTEGRATED AND COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM • TO INSTITUTE SYSTEM OF MONITORING AND AND EVALUATION OF COOPS. • TO LAY THE GROUNDWORK FOR THE CREATION OF A COOPERATIVE COLLEGE.

Summary • the 2020 vision of ICA, CDA and PCC are inter-related, thus need a thorough understanding, coordination and collaboration for its realization • a review and modification of the Philippine Cooperative Medium Term Development Plan with PCC as major partner and other stakeholders Is necessary
