  5. RMS Defined • What is the purpose of RMS? • RMS allows you to: • Search recruits by categories • Print Recruiting Lists • Track the contacts and your progress with recruits during the recruiting process • Email candidates assigned to your Branch through Home Office

  6. Emailing Your Recruiting Leads Resume Auto Letters Series of Three Emails sent to Resume Leads in RMS. Home Office sends these emails on Wednesdays Batch Letters Create and customize E-mails to job seekers and resumes Home Office sends automated E-mails on your behalf every Sunday Disposition/Jobseeker Thank You Emails Sent to qualifying leads daily
