Lawmaker Wants ‘No Spanking’ Law in California Local Legislator Proposes Ban Jan. 19 - KGO - It's an old argument -- to spank or not to spank children. CHRISTIAN • Are you willing to accept God’s correction & bear the fruit of righteousness? (Heb. 12:9-11)
