What APM activities suggested by APM model, do you consider really outside your mental model and your project environment? • Agile methodology not applicable with formal and/or unavailable customer • The typical PM prefer use many rules to achieve better autority • Agile methodology is less applicable in oil and gas project where big investment occour.
