If you don’t want talent to leave your organization then you should do something to make your office a safe place for your employees. So, what could you do to help your employees? First, you should understand the behavioral problems your junior employees are facing at the hands of senior executives or people working in responsible positions. Workplace bullying is the biggest threat to junior employees. If you get an opportunity to listen to their ordeals, you will be surprised to know that they are subjected to bullying by senior executives in many ways. Seniors call juniors with abusive names. Also, seniors intimidate juniors with their body language. And all this happens in your office. But the harassment doesn’t stop here. Female employees are subjected to workplace sexual harassment by their bosses. But what makes things complicated is that bosses have excuses to female colleagues inappropriately. Also, juniors and females would avoid talking about their ordeal fearing backlash from their bosses.
