  1. Wellcome to tuscania • Thanks everybody for coming ! Hanna Roberto and Olga who were fundamental in the organization and in the technical preparation of this meeting • Thanks to Marzio & Marcus! Without them this project would never existed!! • Hope we will enjoy this ancient place homeland of Etrurians and of Roberto… • Our hosts will try to attenuate the impact of the meeting with extra fine foods and culinary techniques… • By the way… what about AR for high level cooking. I’t a business I’m sure! Definitely easier and funnier than ATLAS….

How the meeting is organized • 5 June • 1st Session: Introduction • 2nd Session: AR technology • Gala dinner and cooking show • 6 June • 3rd Session: Hardware and Software Infrastructure • 4th Session: AR presentation and user interface • Night tour of Ancient Tuscania and special opening of the Basilica di St. Pietro and crypt (English guide) • 7 June • Executive CommitteeMeeting • 5th Session: Gamma imaging camera + Business exploitation • Final Session: Moderateddiscussions • Visit to a horse farm, rodeo show and open air dinner with Butteri (famous cowboys of Maremma) • 8 June • Visit to Roma Tor Vergata ATLAS Lab for Electronics and Detectors

  3. How it will run and what we expect • In each session the frontal talks are meant to trigger discussion. The discussion should take 50% of the time • We are at the beginning of the story • The is no arrival point but just starting points • Most of us met each other for the first time someone not yet officially started • In each session volunteered ESRs will take the minutes of the discussion not covered by the slides. At the end this will be important. • The last session is a moderated open discussion which will resume all the points and will attempt a ROAD map for 1 year.
