Web Hosting • Platforms: Windows Unix Linux • Web Server Versions: IIS 6 Sun One Web Apache Server 6.1 latest version. • SOFTWARE SERVICE SUPPORT- Planning and Consulting- Install, Configure, Secure, Test, Upgrade, and Maintain- Digital Certificate/SSL installation and management- Content Switches for load balancing- 2nd level service desk support- Onsite Staff Support Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm - Web site monitoring by Network Operations Center 24 hours, 7 days per week

Service Rates • License And Maintenance - DTS holds title- Costs passed to the customer + Administrative Fee • Web Server Support- $500 per server one-time setup- $75 per instance Shared Web Hosting Service (On Windows Only) - $2106 per server monthly (Virtual Windows Platform & Web Server) • - $2950 per server monthly (Dedicated Platform & Web Server) • Digital Certificates- Actual cost passed to customer- $230 One-time Setup and Renewal
