The Do’s & Don’ts • DON’T • Order fried rice to accompany the shared dishes • - Fried rice should be considered as a dish on its own as it has its own flavours • and may modify the flavours of shared dishes if eaten together. • DO • Order white jasmine rice to accompany the shared dishes • -Flavourless jasmine rice allow the shared dishes to shine its own flavour • DON’T • Order the duplicate flavour/method of cooking/type in one setting • -ex. Fried chicken with fried eggplant (You get the idea!) • DO • Order as many varieties of flavours/method of cooking/type of dishes
