Introduction SPE Gulf Coast Section Young Professional (YP) members represent 20% of the entire SPE Gulf Coast Section Membership! • Mission: To engage and develop the leadership potential of young oil and gas professionals in preparation to challenge and lead the industry. • Vision: To establish a resource base of qualified and dedicated leaders from which the SPE can draw upon to strengthen the organization and industry.
