  2. CEI Logon Instructions: Step One 1a.) Type in the URL https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/esgr/privacyAction.do 1b.) Left Click on the “Logon” tab

  3. CEI Logon Instructions: Step Two 2a.) Left click “Personal Information” radio button 2b.) Enter 9-digit SSN with no dashes 2c.) Enter last name of Service Member 2d.) Enter birth date in the format required (mmm-dd-yyyy)

  4. CEI Logon Instructions: Step Three 3.) Personnel Info Tab 3a.) Service Member’s name listed here 3b.) Reservist Information listed here 3c.) Most Recent Active Duty Information listed here 3d.) Current Healthcare Insurance

  5. CEI Logon Instructions: Step Four 4.) CEI Update/Review Tab 4a.) Service Member’s name listed here 4b.) Follow on screen instructions for each section; updating the necessary information
