  6. What happens and what damage could be done Theplates open up or collide, the ground shakes, buildings topple and people or objects can fall into the ground

  8. Prevention measures Remember earthquakes can strike at any time especially in the two zones An early warning system using seismic waves can detect an earthquake.

  12. If I was stuck in a earthquake………. I would try to get out of the apartment,house,etc. Or stand in a archway because and archway has the most protection from falling down
