Presents Zip Form Templates Online. Getting Started. Go to www.zipformsonline.com If this is the first time that you are using Zip Forms online and you have not yet received a password you will need to create one. To create a password:

Getting Started • Go to www.zipformsonline.com • If this is the first time that you are using Zip Forms online and you have not yet received a password you will need to create one. • To create a password: • Enter the email address that you have registered for your program with in the Email section. • Leave the Password section blank and click Sign In. • You will now be brought to a screen that says "Please Enter A Password". • Enter the password that you would like to use in both the Password and Confirm Password sections and click Save. • This will now be the password that you will use to login to zipFormsonline. 2
You will then receive an e-mail directing you to the password site 5
Enter Seller for Name, Agent Template, Listing, Residential, then click Add 10
This screen will pop-up and then select the forms to be included in your template 11

When Zip Forms have completely downloaded, your screen will look like this! These are GLVAR forms! 14
You also have Windermere Forms! Be sure to add the 3 page counter offer and the Addendum of Additional Clauses to your Template! You will find these in your Windermere Forms! 15
Once you have all of the forms in your template, complete Listing Broker section of the Cover Sheet, page 2 Now whenever you copy your template for listings, all of your data will auto populate the forms (which will save you much time!) 16
When you are finished be certain to save your template for future use! 17
Now let’s set up the Buyer Template…Click on Add (Create) 18
Enter Buyer for Name, Agent Template, Purchase, Residential, then click Add 19
Again, this screen will pop-up and then select the forms to be included in your template 20
