  2. WA Labyrinth Fast Facts: •it is permanent and will grow up to 4-6 feet tall •designed by WA students (inspired by an Aztec labyrinth) •20 WA students spent 5 days constructing the Labyrinth •the Labyrinth is open to all- after school and on weekends

  3. Why a Labyrinth? •adds natural beauty and a “green space” to theWA campus •Labyrinths have a history that reaches back into the mists of time •creates a sacred space for reflection, silence, and meditation •you can enjoy alone or share with your friends and family- it is for the entire WA community

  21. Student-facilitated tours are conducted for the entire West Adams Prep student body (2560 students + faculty)

When/Why to Walk the Labyrinth? * Start the day off well * Gain a renewed sense of well-being + inner peace * Focus on a particular question or issue * A path of meditation or prayer * To celebrate a life event, i.e. birthday graduation * To remember someone * For simple outdoor exercise * Walk with a group as a shared experience i.e. sports team, club, etc.
