What is OCITA? • Counties and cities working together; sharing information, knowledge and resources. • The OCITA network is a comprehensive learning partnership that benefits both counties and individuals. It combines real-world experience and working relationships. Members are trained and experienced individuals ready to share ideas and information.

  5. OCITA Goals • Increase membership throughout the state • Increase awareness of OCITA • Increase value to members • Increase member participation • Facilitate OCITA vendor training to its members • Share and reuse local government technologies

  6. Strategies • Market the benefits of OCITA to IT leaders around the State of Ohio • Create a forum for collaboration of ideas and lessons learned by IT colleagues • Increase participation and engagement in and execution of important OCITA initiatives in order to set an example
