OCITA Goals • Increase membership throughout the state • Increase awareness of OCITA • Increase value to members • Increase member participation • Facilitate OCITA vendor training to its members • Share and reuse local government technologies
Strategies • Market the benefits of OCITA to IT leaders around the State of Ohio • Create a forum for collaboration of ideas and lessons learned by IT colleagues • Increase participation and engagement in and execution of important OCITA initiatives in order to set an example
