  1. Question of the day/ Warm Up Were you surprised by the MBTI pattern that you got? If so, why? If not, why not?

  2. Agenda • Warm-up, discuss warm-up • Go over Your World stuff • Go over how to maneuver in the lab area • Go over cheese lab directions/ where to find things/ how to use equipment • Go over clean up procedures • Do the milk lab AND work on your posters

  3. Your World Posters • I will give you copies of the magazine you chose • Use the office supply buckets with your group’s number on it • Please put back on the cart in numerical order • Do a rough sketch of your poster and show it to Ms Getz; she will then get you your larger paper

  4. Cheese! • We’re going to follow the protocol handed out last week with a few changes: • We’re using a glass bottle on the hot plates, not a 600 mL beaker • We’re using a 100 mL plastic beaker as the 50 mL container • AFTER heating, pour mixture into a 1 L plastic beaker

  5. More cheese info • Cover the beaker with foil • Put in the appropriate incubator • These will incubate until Friday (eeks!) • To clean up, please wash everything off with soap and water. • Please leave your group number’s tag on equipment so I know who cleaned up
