Head Office, Engineering & Marketing are located in Sydney, Australia, manufacturing is based at BTE’s modern facility near Seoul, South Korea. Oil & Gas - Storage Tank Equipment Internal Floating Roofs Both the BTE Heavy Duty Pontoon Aluminum Internal Floating Roof (IFR) and Full Contact fully welded honeycomb panel IFR have been designed for long maintenance free service. Pontoon IFRs are available as all aluminum, all stainless steel and as a combination (hybrid) of both these two options. The pantograph shoe seal is available in stainless steel & galvanized steel options. A variety of vapour barrier fabrics are available including Teflon to suit any stored product. The roller protects against seal turnover while allowing a minimum height design. Stainless and galvanized steel seal options are available. BTE Drain Joints have been comprehensively tested and are only drain joints above 3 inch diameter to have been totally leak free after 10,000 x 90 degree bend cycles with independent certification. This is equivalent to over 27 years service @ 1 cycle / day. Full assembly and pipe detail drawings together with Installation Instructions are provided with every BTE Drain joint purchase. Oil & Gas - Storage Tank Equipment BTE Suction Lines, Skimmers & SwingMaster Joints As an IFR manufacturer, BTE can design appropriate suction line ramps and provide extra buoyancy for aluminum Internal Floating Roofs when necessary.   13. Oil & Gas - Storage Tank Equipment BTE Suction Lines, Skimmers & SwingMaster Joints BTE SwigMaster ductile iron swing joints are epoxy coated internally and externally for Jet-A1 service. They have Ni-resist (Copper Free) bearings as standard. SwingMaster joints are also available in stainless steel for special order. SwingMaster joints are currently available in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”, 18”, 20”, 24”, 30”, & 36” sizes. Larger sizes to special orders.
