  4. Operation of Tier 1 • Pursue activities of Tier 1 work plan. • DTIS update ToRs. • NES, ToRs. • Mainstreaming. • Awareness. ( website, leaflets, workshops, bilateral meetings.

  5. Operation of Tier 2 • Tier II project ideas, various areas. • Formulation of proposals. • Revision with NSC, stakeholders. • Change of focus.

  6. M & E • Training received. • Indicators developed. • Implementation underway. ( end of year)

  7. Difficulties • Responsiveness from agencies. • Ambitious of first year plan. • Process of doing things. • Momentum.

  8. Way forward • Re-plan for y 2 & 3. • Pursue plans. • Mainstreaming. • Tier II projects. • Capacity building.
