  2. Team Goal • Build Teamwork • Creating Leader in the classroom through activities • Build trust between classmates

  3. Analytics • Qualitative Research Shows:Class members enjoy activities throughout the semester creating bonds with other classmates. • Class members not only have fun doing the activities, but demonstrate qualities of an effective leader.

  4. Analytics cont. • Observing the beginning of the semester, students were unfamiliar and timid with other classmates. As the semester went on students became closer as a whole and effective communication increased.

  5. Group Problems & Solutions Main concern was communication & time Solution: Skype group chat Another main concern was the lack of participation by some members in the group. Solution: Communication was finally reached between participants and leaders
