Growth Opportunities • Research states specific opportunities within the Cruise Industry, transport of goods (Oil), Service facilities and Pelagic fisheries • Skagen has reputedly one of the best geographic Northern European position in relation to ships traffic lanes. But we are not ideally suited for land transport. • New port facilities are essential to fulfill the potentials for growth. • Research conducted by independent consultants (Commercial/Technical) and qualified by operators in the various maritime markets. • → 300 new jobs • + • Strengthen the maritime cluster • in Frederikshavn Municipality and Region Nordjylland
