Hoarding • As per u/s 275 of T.M Act-1994,Power to make regulation & impose taxes as per provision of u/s 197 • Circular/Decision/Order for Regulation on Advertisement & impose the taxes within Municipality & Nagar Panchayat. • Identification of Hoarding Zones & list of zones with category ( i.e A, B, C) • Identification of No Hoarding Zones with list. • Finalization of Rate chart. • Application by the Advertisement agency/ individual.

Touji Bidhi • As per u/s 275 of T.M Act-1994, Power to make regulation & u/s 181 to u/s 191 of T.M Act, may regularize and control over municipal market & distribute the vity, stall, open space etc. with impose of taxes. • Circular/Decision/Order for Regulation on municipal market within Municipality/ Nagar Panchayat. • Identification of Market/open space & category • Finalization of Rate for taxes.
