Flammable junipers are too close to the house and windows. Replace with gravel or low-growing, herbaceous, irrigated plants.
These low, herbaceous, irrigated plants are ok in the dripline. Prune plants regularly to keep them small and add gravel mulch around the plants to protect the soil. O-5 foot Non-Combustible Zone
