My Life By Shane Rosenthal
My Family • In my family, I have my mother, my father, my Nonna, my Nonno, my Uncle Richard, my Uncle David, my stepmother Sophie, my Aunt Sophie, my stepbrother Jimmy, my stepsister, Katie, my grandmother from Smithtown, and my grandfather who is in the hospital. My great-grandma died of being very old. I also have two dogs in my family. Their names are Buddy and Daisy. Buddy is with some other dogs now. Daisy’s still at my father’s house. Also in my family, I have my mom’s boyfriend, Michael.
My School • When I was in third grade and fourth grade, I went to Winthrop Avenue School. When I was in third grade, my teacher was Mrs. Miller. When I was in fourth grade, my teacher was Mrs. McHale. This year, after summer vacation, I’m going to Shore Road School. My favorite subject is math. I also like art. In Winthrop Avenue School, my art teacher was Mr. Lupetin. He’s also the art teacher in Shore Road School.
Things That I Like to Do • The things that I like to do are to swim, do math, watch television, play my video games, and do math. I take swimming lessons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My swimming teacher is Rich. I have swimming lessons at my mother’s gym. My mother’s gym is where I celebrated my birthday party. Another thing that I like to do is play on the computer.
Pets That I Have • The pets that I have are two dogs. Their names are Buddy and Daisy. Buddy is with some other dogs now and Daisy is still at my father’s house. Buddy is taller than Daisy. Daisy comes into my room sometimes. Buddy is an Akita. Buddy’s fur is the color beige. Daisy has white fur with a brown spot.
