  1. Jeffery David WhippoExplains That Legal Immigration is Important to America Jeffery David Whippo explains that legal Immigration is important to America. The American government has contributed to an overburdened asylum and border processing system. Due to the fact that crossing the border illegally is essentially their only option for entering the US, Central Americans frequently rely on asylum and other border processing methods. Jeffery feels that immigrants help build and strengthen the economy. They make significant economic contributions and are integral members of the communities across the United States. These immigrants are part of the country’s social fabric, building lives and forming connections that render them no different from the average American citizen except in legal status. Jeffery D Whippo further shares that immigrants make an important contribution to the U.S. economy. Moreover, the immigration increases potential economic output by increasing the size of the labor force. According to him, immigration fuels the economy. Immigrants improve the economy's productivity and GDP when they join the work force. In addition to the immigration surplus, immigrants also lubricate the labor market's cogs by settling in fields and regions where there is a relative scarcity of labor, which would otherwise result in bottlenecks or slow development. One of the most pervasive misconceptions about immigrants is that they take employment from American citizens, rely excessively on government assistance, and generally hurt the economy. But, Jeffery David Whippo states, in order to foster a climate that is more receptive to immigrants' rights, these are all falsehoods that need to be debunked.
