EPA Data Access • Much of EPA’s compliance data is now online • ECHO: Enforcement & Compliance History Online • 2 years of data for 800,000 facilities, including federal facilities • Available to public, including your surrounding communities

ECHO • Options for searches: • Facility Info: name, SIC code, Federal facility • Geographic Info--city, State, county, EPA Region, zip code, Indian land • Inspections and Enforcement Actions: none or up to last 2 years • Current Compliance Status: violations or none • EJ factors
Federal Agency • Additional information available to EPA and State regulators and Federal employees • FACTS = Federal Agency Compliance Tracking System • FACTS is part of Online Tracking Information System (OTIS) • Free , however, users must register to use OTIS/FACTS • Go to http://www.epa.gov/idea/otis/register
