Personality [pur-suh-nal-i-tee] noun: The visible aspect of one's character as it impresses others. Character [kăr-ək-tər] noun: A description of a person’s attributes, traits, or abilities. Behavior [bi-heyv-yer] noun: The aggregate of responses to internal and external stimuli. Temperament [tem-per-muhnt] noun: The combination of mental, physical, and emotional traits of a person; natural predisposition. What are we talking about?

Remember… • Talk about your own color spectrum only after the participants know theirs • Don’t guess participants’ colors • Say… • You possess all four colors • Don’t worry if you have trouble deciding. We’ll resolve that later.

Word Cluster Sort • Now, read word clusters within each column top to bottom • Place a value in each box • 4 = most like you • 3 = Of the three remaining, next in order of most like you • 2 = Of the two remaining, next in order of most like you • 1 = least like you • Repeat for each column • Add the values across each row and record the sum in the “Word Sort” Totals • Add the “Card Sort” Total to the “Word Sort” Total for each color
