Project objectives Its objectives included encouragement companies to implement family-friendly measures in Cyprus, counterpartying the stereotype that domestic work does not fit the traditional picture of masculinity, promotion of flexible working arrangements for men in Cyprus, also a special research was conducted for the benefits for companies and employees when using family friendly measures.
