HISTORY Hussain Ahmad Al-Mutawa Sons Trading & Contracting LLC, previously known as Hussain Ahmad Al-Mutawa Trading Establishment [HAMTE], is joint venture body that was established by the respectful businessman and one of the main characters that contributed in the development of the industrial revolution on the eastern coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general, particularly in the project of Jubail Industrial City who is Hussain Ahmad Al-Mutawa (passed away in June 2008). The history of the corporation goes back to the early nineties as a small project composed of several residential blocks that provided accommodation and catering to the Saudi Arabian Marine Forces of the Jubail Naval Base. Later, the residential compound has had many advancement in terms of the services and has been expanded to accommodate upto 8000 resident at peak time. Hussain Ahmad Al-Mutawa Sons Trading and Contracting Company LLC (HAMTE), with Commercial Registration No. 2055002484 dated 10/2/1412H, is a 100% Saudi-owned private enterprise, led by President & CEO Eng. Ali Hussain A. Al-Mutawa. The current company builds on the foundation of excellence established by Hussain Ahmed Al-Mutawa Trading Establishment (HAMTE), which commenced operations in 1991. HAMTE began as a contractor offering high quality construction, in a variety of fields including Industrial, Commercial, Residential and Municipal. 13. MANUFACTURING • HHI manufacturing workshop’s area is 50,000 square meters. The facility will; • Be equipped with a state of the art automatic spool fabrication • Manufacture of all static equipment specially pressure vessels, columns, conventional boilers / waste heat boilers, storage tanks and heat exchangers. • Manufacture pre-engineered skid packages. • The shop will have the capability to deliver over 60,000 tons of fabricated equipment with all type of material for oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, power, fertilizer, cement and mining industries. The design and manufacturing processes in the shop will follow the latest and stringent QHSE standards with ASME, ISO and European Union CE certifications.

PRODUCTS Pressure Vessels & Columns Hamte Heavy Industries is fully capable in the design and fabrication of Pressure Vessels & Columns under guidance of relevant international standards and codes. We manufacture these products according to client specifications and with the latest design software. HHI will provide unmatched services to the needs of clients within allocated time, according to the standards and specifications required by utilizing our technical knowledge & professional skills. Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers With the latest machine tools, tube cutting, bending and welding materials, Hamte Heavy Industries is recognized as manufacturer of various kinds of Heat Exchangers in accordance with all specific and relevant codes and practices. Have a range of various types of Heat Exchangers, straight & U-tube, single & multiple pass, single & multiple flow, fixed tube sheet, floating tube sheet, and finned tube air coolers.

15. PRODUCTS Shop Fabricated & Field Erected Storage Tanks Storage tanks are a key part of any industrial project. Hamte Heavy Industries offers mechanical design, pre-fabrication, site erection, testing and supply of Storage Tanks of a wide range i.e. Internal & External floating, Dome/Umbrella, Cone roofs etc, under the specified guidelines of relevant industry standards to ensure construction quality and operational safety of the storage systems Prefabricated Piping Spools Hamte Heavy Industries has experienced staff and all the required capabilities for pre-fabrication of pressure piping as this is one of our key products. We have in house design facility and to prepare P&ID’s, piping plans, isometrics, and spool drawings as well as designing of pipe supports and pipe routing. We have capabilities to fabricate all piping systems in transportable spool sizes to be erected at site.

PRODUCTS • FLARE STACK & FLARE TIP Hamte Heavy Industries offers fabrication services for Flare Stack & Tips with the surface preparation, installation curing (Hydrostatic Setting) and drying (Auxiliary Burners). As part of its diversified services provided to Refineries, Petrochemical and Chemical industries, required either as new or as replacement for damaged flare stack tips due to day to day operation. Fabrication of all associated steam piping and air-headers is carried out according to relevant industry standards. • STRUCTURAL STEEL • The complete steelwork structures for oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants are fabricated at HHI’s Workshop. Steelwork structures are fabricated according to the Client’s design assumptions and supplied documentation, meeting the required workmanship and material standards.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT HHI has developed its capabilities over a period of time to provide project management, procurement, fabrication, commissioning and construction services for energy, Infrastructure and process sectors. Our project management system for budgeting, cost controlling, reporting, project schedules, plans, material management, resource allocation, supplier evaluation, fulfill client’s demand in an economic and efficient way keeping the delivery period in firm control. Our strategy to finalize the design of every plant ahead of ordering material reduces errors in construction and improves operational integrity.
