  10. As a group, make a list of…. What frustrates you about communicating with others notlike you: Now, write one sentence to read aloud to us: “The single most important thing the rest of you need to know about us and how we communicate is ______________________.” Finish the sentence!

  11. Why is being able to identify someone else’s type important? Do the exercise in identifying communication types with your group. Take 8 minutes and then be ready to share your answers.
