  2. iCMR - getting started • Transplant and PH patients – how are we approaching viability while obtaining biopsies? • Physiology – is it enough to start a program? • Non-pulsatile flow resulting in abnormal induction of vasodilator/vasoconstrictor release and receptor transcription. • Is anyone obtaining PA with wedge pressures via MRI without fluoroscopy?

  3. iCMR • We have not discussed iCMRas a program…..yet, so we have no accomplishments to report. • We would like to plan a hybrid cath/OR, what is required to put a magnet in an adjacent room? • Is staff cross-trained with fluoro and MRI credentials? • Can you use this for neurosurgery as well?

  4. iCMR • Currently, we have Philips 3T, 1.5T and GE 1.5T clinical magnets. • We have a Philips 1.5T research magnet and there are plans to add a new magnet in our new hospital building. • We are discussing hybrid OR/cath and I would like to make that a hybrid OR/cath/MRI suite.
