Students’ behavior is affected by their age, academic capabilities, goals, interests, and home backgrounds. Teachers need a various arrangement of classroom management skills to assist learning. A classroom with a proper management plan will go through less time in disciplining and more time in learning. Students in effectively managed classrooms know and follow clearly determine rules and routines.
