We currently have equipment to detect all luminescent genetic reporters (luciferase, GFP, RFP, β-gal, etc.) and fluorescent probes ranging from green to near infrared. Our multispectral capabilities permit unmixing of spectrally overlapping fluorophores in the same sample. We also offer planar X-ray for digital radiographic imaging of various types of specimens. Our technology is also applicable to a wide range of In Vitro samples including gels, blots, 96-well plates, and numerous others. Our goal is to train and empower users to independently utilize the facility and its resources. Contact the Managing Director, Dr. Matt Leevy, for training, consultation, and/or experimental service.
