Changes in balance sheet Money received against share warrants- Share Warrants –Financial Instruments which gives the holder the right to acquire equity shares . So the person who holds the share warrant may exercise the option under it to acquire equity shares and might have paid money the company amount payable under the option and the shares are pending allotment and hence this money is shown as money received against share warrants .
