  10. 1. Enrollment We must increase our graduate enrollment to increase our research capacity and achieve the profile of a research university Graduate School June 2003

Priorities Conducting research at the highest levels of achievement and at the frontiers of knowledge, which is cited and then funded in the peer-review process, is what distinguishes prestigious universities from the rest. This is the well-spring of an institution’s reputation. Graduate School June 2003
