  2. Feedback on the new procedure: • Is it more easy to organize the survey with the new procedure • Information in Introduction is sufficient • Could be self service survey on line The weakness is: • we don’t have the answer sheets • Not all teacher familiar with on line survey

  3. Feedback on the clarity of the online questionnaire • the statements of the online questionnaire clear enough • All of the students involved the survey directly to fill in and submit without asked anything

  4. The usefulness of carrying out the CAP survey at an individual and institutional level: • Yes, the survey will help the Program manager to reflect their performance especially in assesment • of course, by carrying out the group interview(s) after the online questionnaire, give our institution have more information • to answer the question our institution known well that we have to pay more attention for the CAP quality improvement

Other issues • It’s difficult to asked the teachers come to the survey or asked them to involved online survey • Mostly of the teacher who involved the survey not want to fill the quist by on line, they asked the hard copy to fill in and we help them to fill in on line and submit but some of them not fill the space boxes, so it’s not succes submitting • Few of the teacher not understood what is the CAP after reading the introduction online
