Unlawful Acts • Israeli military went into a West Bank Bedouin community to displace the residents • Demolitions • Destroyed all structures in community • No justified reason
Fatal Shooting in refugee camp • Israeli military went on a raid through a Palestinian refugee camp in search of “terrorist” • Military was causing conflict and being violent which resulted in some refugees throwing rocks at Israeli military • Israeli military began to shoot refugees, both hostile and non hostile
Some Articles of UDHR violated • Articles • 1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. • 2. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. Possible Solution(s) • Punishment for unlawful crimes • Lesser role of military in government • Follow the UDHR strictly • Compromise to have equal amounts of land
