  2. Franchise existence. • The National Coney-Island has existed for about 30 years in the Saint Clair Shores area on old 8 mile and Harper.

  4. Franchise cost • To buy the franchise of a National Coney-Island it will cost about $300,000 to buy the franchise.

  5. Conditions for the franchise • My conditions for the franchise would be that the employees must have a good record and must be able to prove to me that they want this job. They will not have a lot of leniency at the restaurant they will have to be on time every day that they work and once they work there for a while and can prove that they can make a commitment to the job I will be a little more lenient.

  6. Employees • I am looking for an employee that has a good record and will come to work on time. I will also look how much commitment they have and how much effort they but into the job.

  7. The franchise • They are offering the franchise because they found out that they don’t want to own the business anymore.

  8. Expected profits for the first year. • Profits for the first year of the business would be around a couple million dollars depending on how well the franchise does.

  9. Popularity of the franchise • It is a good area of Saint Clair Shores and has a lot of people come in to the restaurant which leads to good money in the future.
