Long Range Outcome To assure that all Delaware residents with disabilities have equal access to the range and scope of health care services/support and that their specialized needs are optimally addressed in regards to quality of care and responsiveness to need.
Today’s Goal • To continue the process of developing a state-endorsed three-year strategic plan for health-related disability initiativesby: • Work Groups continue to identify strategic planning activities and identify any objectives that have not been addressed; • Agree on terms reflected in a Plan Glossary; and • Review the next steps in the process
