The Procter & Gamble Limited Employee Charities Fund • What is it? • The Charity Fund is an opportunity for all employees & associates to regularly give to local charities and good causes direct from their salary. For every £1 donated by an Employee, P&G matches £1 • The Employee Charity Fund is open to all P&G employees and associates. • How is the money shared? • Donation decisions are made on behalf of the members by a Local Committee, with representation from Seaton Delaval, Longbenton, Cobalt and Associates. • Who can receive funds? • Local Charities, Local Good Causes • Many of the sponsorship requests are from P&G employees for local causes in which they are involved or wish to support • How can I join? • If you are not already a member go to http://www.pgassociates.co.uk/core/gen/ecf.cfm

These may not necessarily be financial but providing time and knowledge from employees. • How do I ask for sponsorship? • For sponsorship/donation applications for the Employee Charity Fund please contact one of your local representatives.
