2. MASTER STROY GROUP – ABOUT US • Master Stroy Group Ltd is the successor of Master Group Ltd found in 1999 in the city of Plovdiv as a part of Master Steel Profiles JSCo. Its main scope of activity is production and assembly of metal constructions. For ten years of presence on the market  Master Stroy Group Ltd has become a leader in the sector. All the parts necessary for the assembly of the metal constructions are produced using contemporary technologies in workshops in Plovdiv and in Stamboliyski. The company has automated lines for welding and gas, oxygen and plasma cutting made by the world leaders ZINSER, LINKOLN ELEKTRONIC, KEMPPI, and coordinated by an engineering team having up to date software at its disposal. At the end of this production process the construction is ready to be transported to the construction site or to be stored. • In September 2008 in the production hall in Stamboliyski, a new line, unique in Bulgaria began its exploitation. This line is for the joined blasting, coating and painting of metal profiles, sheets and plates, it is made by the leading Italian companies OMSG and SAVIM. It complies with the EU quality requirements • We consider that the short duration and the quality of the construction works are compulsory in industrial building. The following factors guarantee that: the ready parts we have in our store rooms, the specialized assembly equipment and the teams of qualified assembly workers we have at our disposal. 3. MASTER STROY GROUP – MATERIALS AND MACHINES • For 9 years MASTER STORY GROUP and its predecessor MASTER GROUP have made many projects, and for the largest of them - covered area of ​​28,000 m ,² were designed and built 1,200 tons of metal construction. At present the company has a monthly production capacity of 500 800 tons per month, depending on the metal structure. • In the production of structures Master Stroy uses profiles from the following origin – European Union, Bulgaria and Turkey and flat materials with origin – Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and China. • The company has the following machine works: • Two machine lines for welding and gas, oxygen and plasma cutting of material • ZINSER – bought and installed in November, 2008, with CNC-Center; CAD-CAM programming system • MESSER GRISHEIM – with ability for cutting sheets with max. length 12 m. This machine has plasma nave, which allows the cutting of rust and rustproof steel with width 80mm. • Two band saw machines for cutting profiles with size up to 650 mm. • Guillotine for cutting – from 5 mm to 16 mm. • Machine for cold sheet bending with width up to 4mm. • Machine for two-sided under-flux welding of compound cuts. It is produced by commission in Bulgaria and is equipped with Lincoln Electronic systems. • Machine for two-sided under-flux semiautomatic welding of different profiles with Lincoln Electronic Systems with productivity 240m per day.

4. MASTER STROY GROUP – MATERIALS AND MACHINES • Machine for one-sided sub-flux semi-automatic welding of various profiles - Lincoln Elektronic systems, capacity of 240 meters per day. • Multiple devices for semi-automatic welding in controlled environment. • Portable electrode welding machine - Lincoln Elektronic. • Stand for profiles assembling combined with hydraulic clamps • Blasting / opt. - heating the metal / and priming line – by Italian companies and OMSG and SAVIM, processing materials as follows : • Sheets - width up to 2500 mm; • Profiles - height up to 500 mm; • Metal structures up to these maximum dimensions. • The thickness of the coating is controlled by an electronic caliper. • Cranes for transportation - 3 with capacity 3.2 tons and 3 with capacity 5 tons
