Talent Myopia: System Blindness Source: Oshry, Power & Systems • Spatial Blindness • We see the parts, but not the whole • Temporal Blindness • We see the present, but not the past on which we stand • Relational Blindness • We do not see the space between us and what is possible • Process Blindness • We differentiate too far and create separation and alienation and not integration • We integrate too far and create group think and no differentiation
