How to Implement the Program for Your Clients • If you think that you have a prospective or existing client that may strongly benefit from the RSL Employee Benefit Booklet Program, please contact Reliance Standard Sales Manager for approvals. • Once approved please contact YBR Design. • YBR Design will provide a letter of understanding to you and the client and then begin establishing project details, such as HR and Marketing client contacts and initiate the project. • Project timing is directly dependent on time required to gather needed assets and client approval timing. RSL Employee Benefit Booklet Deliverables • 32-page Employee Benefit Booklet (4-page cover + 28-page inside) • Client will receive three cover and page layout design options from which to choose, all of which will comply with the clients branding standards. • Client will choose their favorite design and YBR Design will make one round of refinements to that design. • YBR Design will input and format all existing, updated or new content that the client wishes to have included in the benefit booklet (medical, dental, life and more). • The client and RSL manager/broker will be provided project reviews and approvals throughout the process. • Once completed and approved, YBR Design will send locked .pdf files ready to mount digitally and/or files prepared to go to the printer. • Each year, YBR Design will update the client’s materials for their new benefit year. • Purchase of outside images or printing is not included. • The program is for one active employee benefit booklet only. Benefit books for departing or departed employees (COBRA), retirees or other "non-active" employees are separate projects.

  16. A Booklet for Your Organization Booklets will be 8.5x11” portrait pages printed front and back and formed out of a 17x11” sheet. Each large sheet creates 4 pages, folded and stapled. The cover will be 4 pages and may be printed front and back if actual printing is sought by the client organization. Total booklet pages include 4 cover pages, Front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover and back cover and inside pages in groups of 4. Smallest recommended size is 16 pages. Average Market Price based on $250 per page and a $1000 fixed cost. Depending on the market, the price per page varies. Pricing in New York will be different than in Boise. From our experience, $250 per page is near the middle. Booklet pricing for design only and for one active employee benefit booklet only. Benefit booklets for departing or departed employees (COBRA), retirees or other "non-active" employees are separate projects. Pricing does not include printing, shipping or stock photo acquisition. Your total cost is for one booklet design each benefit year while you are insured through Reliance Standard. This pricing will continue during the initial guaranteed rate period.
