  2. We are Creative, Confident & Accepting • 4x4 Schedule • Envision Conservatory (Cinema, Dance, Fine Arts, Humanities, Vocal Music and Instrumental Music & Theatre) • Uniqueness of Students and Staff • Clubs (Over 250 student led clubs)

  3. Each TERM consists of two “quarters” & each “quarter” is equivalent to a semester ona traditional schedule Fall Term Spring Term 1st Quarter 2nd Quarter 3rd Quarter 4th Quarter

  4. 4x4 Schedule Grading 1st quarter FINAL GRADES • Students earn 1 final grade per quarter; 2 final grades per class • The 1st grade is equal to a fall semester grade and the 2nd grade is equal to a spring semester grade on a traditional schedule. 2nd quarter FINAL GRADES 3rd quarter FINAL GRADES • The 3rd grade is equal to a fall semester grade and the 4th grade is equal to a spring semester grade on a traditional schedule. 4th quarter FINAL GRADES

Building a Balanced Schedule • Spread out core academic courses over 4 years • Talk with your student about what they hope to get out of their high school experience • Remain open-minded about post-graduation options • CCA can be a great fit for any student. Know yourself and make it work for you • Be mindful of homework loads by reviewing course profiles • These 4 years go by quickly, enjoy them. Have fun!
