18. Exit mechanism Executive committee have the right to cancel their memberships when they violating the network regulations, damaging network benefits. During the adjournment,the secretariat exercise this right Honest and trustworthy , abided by the agreement，friendly cooperation. Members have the right to quit the network EXIT
