  17. Funding resource and usage • Funding resource:Central and local government, international collaboration, donation • Set up special account under CNHDRC to support the hub • Main usage: Meetings, researches, daily works, international study and training

  18. Exit mechanism Executive committee have the right to cancel their memberships when they violating the network regulations, damaging network benefits. During the adjournment,the secretariat exercise this right Honest and trustworthy , abided by the agreement,friendly cooperation. Members have the right to quit the network EXIT
