AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee objectives: • Create conditions for development of civilized automotive market • Timely reveal and eliminate problems in automotive sphere • Set common and fair rules for automotive importers/manufacturers • Ensure constructive partnership between members of AMC • Consolidate and represent common interests of member-companies • Contacts with Russian authorities, public organizations and media, international industry associations

  4. Russian automotive market is the most dynamic one Car sales dynamics in the main markets (first 9 months of 2011) • India + 7% • China + 6% • Russia + 45% • USA + 9% • Germany +11% • Spain – 21% Source: PwC data

Results of 9 months, 2011 For the first 9 months of 2011 sales of new cars have grown for 45 % in the quantitative expression and on 75 % – in monetary in comparison with the similar period of 2010. • Positive dynamics is connected with such factors, as governmental recyclingprograms and subsidizings of the credits, economy growth (4 per cent) and decrease of the unemployment rate (up to 6,6 per cent). • Growth of the Russian brands segment is shown mostly due to the recycling program, but at the same time it should be noticed that the market share of Russian brands decreases. • Because of active growth of localy produced foreign cars growth of their sales has demonstarted 70 % in quantitative expression and 99 % – in monetary. As it was expected, this segment shows the most dynamical growth as in quantitative, and in monetary terms. Source: PwC data
