2011-2013 Objectives & Goals • Objective: Increase Operational and Financial Processing Efficiency • Goal 2: Implement Automated Event Registration • Online registration and fee collection – Pay Pal, Credit Cards • Target: Phase 1 – PTOP 2012- • Phase 2 – Syn-Lod 2013 • Progress: • Change in approach – will implement online registration and forms completion for Teens for Syn lod 2013 • Taking alternative forms of payment is related to banking relationship and account updates that are pending.
