A humanitarian social organization
Established on June 28, 1986 by Mr. R. Hadianto Warjaman, SH and witnessed by Mr. Moh. Muas, SMHK (Head of Indonesian Red Cross; Jakarta).
3. The purpose of this organization:
to grow the humanitarian sense in all Jakarta society (especially) and Indonesia (in general) specifically the youth, collegians and students in anticipating and managing any natural and social disaster.

7. OPERATIONAL STANDARD In its implementation, Jakarta Rescue referred to National and International Standard consist of:
Disaster Management (Pre, Intra and Post Management)
Communication and Coordination
Emergency evacuation
Basic Life Support.
In general, the action of Jakarta Rescue is based on the work model of Quick Action Team.

9. ETHICS Jakarta Rescue ethical foundation is based on the nation ethical principle of Pancasila and Constitution 1945.
The organization is established with MUTUAL INDEPENDENT principle, which believe that every member of the organization could form the new rescue group everywhere without any obligation to share their income that they get from any sources; as long as they bring the vision and mission of Jakarta Rescue and keep on acting bravely, honestly and sincerely.

Passed the training according to each level (basic, intermediate, advanced, professional)

18. MEMBERSHIP The members of this organization are those people who already join with the training and humanitarian activity. These could be divided into some categories:

International Foundation (ACF, UNESCO)
Those who already passed the training, will be registered and have right to get the Identification Card which can be used in any situation especially humanitarian activity.
Jakarta Rescue is existing in every province at Indonesia and active participant right now is about 791 at Jakarta including 60 paramedic
