After returning to Japan got an opportunity to become the CEO of a beauty company called Glossy Box. later he launched a new company called Skyisthelimit which provides goods in the food industry. All this experience boosted his interest in becoming an entrepreneur and he wished to solve the issues related to a particular industry through his new business. Taro Sasaki with a thought in his mind found a problem in the logistics industry as most businesses were using phones, email, etc for transportation. Then he decided to implement technology in this sector and to solve the issue of a shortage in the
number of drivers. Taro wanted to tackle this problem by optimizing the industry with the use of digital technology, which will improve the availability of divers. That is when he started Hacobu in the year 2015, which is a platform that connects stakeholders in the supply chain. Hacobu developed a cloud-based technological solution called MOVO.
