USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Introduction Australia Post Shipping which is helpful for merchants as they can use it for domestic as well as international purposes. It provides functionality to post letters as well as parcels. It automatically reflects any changes that take place in Australian Delivery Post rates. It calculates the rates for domestic parcel and letters of Australia as well as international parcels and letters that are to be shipped from Australia to overseas. USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Installation & Activation Installation Steps Step 1: Check Permissions • Make sure the ‘‘app’’, ''skin'' and ''lib'' directories of your Magento and all directories inside it have full written permissions or set permissions on each directory equal to 777 or0777. Important! Change all permissions back after installation Read more about permission at www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/magentofilesystempermissions Step 2: Disable Compilation • Log into Magento Admin Panel and go to System → Tools → Compilation and disable the compilation. • After Step 5, you can run the compilation process again. Step 3: Upload Files • Upload all folders from the extension package to the installation directory of your Magento software using an FTP client. Step 4: Clear cache • Go to System → Cache Management. Clear the store cache. Step 5: Re-login • Logout and log back into Magento Admin Panel. Step 6: Use Extension • Go to System→ Configuration. In the left column you will see the new tab called Biztech Extensions. You will find “Australia Post” under Biztech extensions tab. www.appjetty.com 2
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Extension Activation Step1: Get an activation key • Copy the activation key from the Order Confirmation Mail. OR • Login into your account at website using the e-mail and password that you provided at checkout process. • Go to Downloadable Options and copy the activation key for the Australia Post extension. Step2: Activate your extensions • Log into Magento Admin Panel and go to System Configuration → Biztech Extensions/Australia PostActivation and enter the activation key in the ''Activation Key''field for the Australia Post extension then click the “Save Config” Step 3: Select Websites • When you enter and save the key it will be verified and you can select the websites where you need to use the Australia Post extension. Click the ''Save Config'' button after making your selections. After successful license validation, you can select the website. Now, your Australia Post extension is activated. www.appjetty.com 3
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping How it Works? Back End Configuration: Please follow the below steps to configure Australia Post Shipping extension. Go to System → Configuration. In the left column under Sales tab click on Shipping Methods tab. Here, you can see BiztechAustralia Post sections. Step 1: General Configuration • Click on Shipping Method Configurations to Enable Australia Post Shipping Methods for Your Store. In this tab, you can set basic configurations of Australia Post Extension. Here is the brief description of the configuration. • Enabled: Select "Yes" to enable the Australia Post extension. The extension is disabled by default. After enabled extension you can see new shipping method in checkout process. Title: Defined Title which you want to get display in shipping method section. Method name: Specify method name for shipping method. API key: You have to do registration on Australia Post. It will provide API key that should defined here to get the specific rates of Australia guideline. You can generate Australia Post API Key from below url: https://auspost.com.au/forms/pacpcs-registration.html • Handling Fee: Handling Fee will be added with shipping charges. It can also be added per order if needed. • Enable Cash on Delivery: If enable then cash on delivery charges will be added to shipping charges. • Enter Cash on Delivery Charges: Enter cash on delivery charges that will be applied if enabled. • Warehouse Postcode: You have to enter the relevant postal code where the product gets dispatched to various destinations. • • • www.appjetty.com 4
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Step 2: Click on Shipping Services Configurations to configure shipping services for International & Domestic Parcel & Letter Services. • Domestic services: Enable one or more domestic services. (These methods will get enable when customer postal code relevant to the warehouse postcode). www.appjetty.com 5
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping • International Services: Enable one or more international services (These methods will get enable when customer postal code does not relevant to the warehouse postcode) • • Admin can also manage Extra Services like Extra Cover Price from here. Disable Signature on Delivery services: If you want to disable Signature on Delivery methods from frontendthen you can do it here. Add Extra Cover Price for Domestic services: Select “Yes" to add extra cover (insurance) charge for Australia Add Extra Cover Price for International services: Select “Yes" to add extra cover (insurance) charge for International countries. • • Step 3: To manage other configurations like country related shipping Configurations go to Other Configurations. • Ship to applicable country: Specify ‘All Allowed Countries / specific countries’ for ‘Ship to specific country’. (Note: If you select All Allowed Countries then Australia post shipping will be available for all the countries. And if you select specific country then shipping method will be available only for specified country which are defined in ‘Ship to specific country’) • Add Extra Cover Price for International services: Select “Yes" to add extra cover (insurance) charge for International countries. • Ship to Specific Country: Shipping will be available for one or more specific country. It gets enabled when shipping is enabling for specific country. • Show Method If Not Applicable: If you select yes for it then it will shows error message when shipping methodis not applicable. • Displayed Error Message:Defined error message which get displayed in frontend when shipping method is unavailable. • Sort Order:At which order wants to display Australia post shipping method. www.appjetty.com 6
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Step 4: To manage Product configurations go to Product Configurations. • Length, Height, Width: You need to manually bind the three major attributes (properties) length, width, and height used in this extension with the relevant length, width and height that the admin has given to different products for their identification. If you haven’t created relevant attributes yet then please create it first. To create attributes please follow below steps: • Length, Height, Width: You need to manually bind the three major attributes (properties) length, width, and height used in this extension with the relevant length, width and height that the admin has given to different products for their identification. • Go to Catalog -> Attributes -> Manage Attributes and create 3 new attributes (length, width and height). • Go to Catalog -> Attributes -> Manage Attribute Sets and assign these 3 attributes to appropriate attribute sets. • Then go to System -> Configuration -> Shipping Methods and open "Biztech Australia Post" shipping method. USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Step 5: • For Australia Post Authentication Configuration go to Australia Post Authentication Configuration. • • Step 6: • Account Number & Password: Add your Australia Post Account Number and Password here. API Key: Add API Key provided by Australia Post here. To configure address for Australia Post, Admin can go to Address Configuration. Step 7: • Admin can set Delivery related Configurations from Article Configurations tab. • Partial Delivery Allowed: Admin can allow partial delivery of a shipment. For Ex. If customer has ordered 10 items but only 5 are available, with Allowed Partial Delivery these 5 available items can be shipped to Customer. Authority to Leave: If admin has allowed Authority to Leave, the shipment can be handed over to other person (who has not ordered the shipment) at the time of delivery. USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Step 8: • Admin can manage configurations for Labels to be printed. • Label Layout for Parcel Post: Admin can set size of the label for Parcel Post with this option.o Possible Options are: o A4-1pp o A4-4pp Label Layout for Express Post: Admin can set size of the label for Express Post with this option.o Possible Options are: o A4-1pp o A4-3pp Australia Post Branding: Admin can enable / disable Australia post branding on label with this option. Label Left Margin & Label Top Margin: Admin can set Left & Top Margins for Labels. • • • Extra Services Configuration 1.eParcel Service Configurations This is a table rates-based shipping method used to calculate the shipping rates for eParcel. Note: The eParcel system only allows for rate calculations using the uploaded rates and does not provide any integration with eParcel itself. Importing/Exporting eParcel shipping rates. • Export / Import: Csv rates can be import/export from website level. To import/export csv rates you will need to navigate to website view. • To set up the eParcel shipping method, you will first need to create a comma-separated value (CSV) file containing your eParcel postcodes, weights and rates. The format of this file should be: • Each row specifies a shipping rate rule for a country, state, postcode and weight range combination. ‘Any state’ or ‘any postcode’ can be represented by an asterisk, as shown above. Postcodes are entered as a comma- separated list of individual postcodes and/or postcode ranges (two postcodes separated by a dash). ‘Insurance Step’ and‘Insurance Cost per Step’ controls insurance charges (this will be shown as a separate shipping option, if it applies). • www.appjetty.com 9

USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping 2.Label Generation Configurations Step 1 • Go to Sales -> Orders and click on any Pending Order and Generate Invoice for it. Step 2: • After Generating Invoice, Ship the Order to concerned shipping address. If the shipping address doesn’t belong to Australia Post Standards it will show error while creating shipment for the order. Possible match for the erroneous data will also be provided to the admin. Step 3: After Shipment is generated a new tab eParcel Shipment in the Left Panel will be displayed. Click on it to generate Shipment to eParcel. www.appjetty.com 11
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping Step 4: • After Shipment is generated to eParcel click on eParcel Shipment tab to generate Shipping Label. Note: If shipment is generated to eParcel and Shipping Label is generated once, when admin will again go to eParcel Shipment tab admin can only get shipment label and won’t be able to generate Shipment to eParcel. Thus, it will save money for generating Shipment to eParcel again. 3.Shipment Tracking Configurations • You need to submit these orders to eParcel. Go to Australia Post → Submit orders to eParcel. Here, you will find the list of orders whose shipment has been generated to eParcel and the label has been downloaded to your system. www.appjetty.com 12
USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping • After Shipment is generated to eParcel and Label is printed, Admin can send Email with Tracking Information to the by Clicking on Send Tracking Information Button. • User will be provided with the option for Address validation with Shipment Tracking service. USER MANUAL – Australia Post Shipping 4.Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method will be used at the point of checkout to let customers use this payment method and pay the store owners via Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method. To set up the Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method follow following steps. Step 1 • Go to Sales -> Payment Methods to enable the Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method. • • • • • Enabled: If selected“Yes” it will enable the Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method. Title: Set the title of the payment method from here. Sort Order: At which order you want to display Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method. To get login credentials of Secure Pay go to following link: http://www.securepay.com.au/contact-us/contact-details/ Payment Method Configurations: o Operation Mode: Set operation mode as “Test” or “Live”.Change to 'Live' to accept live payments. o SecurePay Merchant ID: Add SecurePay Merchant ID which must be 7 Characters long. o SecurePay Transaction Password: Add SecurePay Merchant password. This is different from your merchant loginpassword and may vary between live and test modes. Between 6 and 10 characters. o Enabled Surcharge: Select “Yes” to enable surcharge for Australia Post Secure Frame Payment Method. o Surcharge Fee: If selected “Yes” for Enabled Surcharge, add surcharge amount. o Transaction Type: Ensure your SecurePay account has been enabled for FraudGuard or 3D Secure beforechanging this option, for more information, please follow the links. In addition, the admin has to enter the relevant warehouse postcode to get the shipping rates for various destination locations, where the parcels have to be delivered. • Admin needs to compulsory define product’s weigh for product as it is required to get Australia Post services. Go to Catalog -> Manage Products and fill the value of weight, apart from height, width and length of the attribute, individually for each product. If you select yes for add Cover price then extension will consider cart subtotal price for Extra Cover price. If cart subtotal is greater than extra cover max value then it will consider max value of extra cover of 5000.
