Assignments & Transfers Member submits E-Resume Approval via chain of command ISC (pf) locates unit for assignment Considers needs of service/degree of fit/RCD (100 miles w/gov’t meals and quarters; 50 miles without) E-7s and O-4s should expect to be reassigned Reserve Requests
Reserve Requests cont’d • Annual Training (ADT-AT) • Member requests reserve orders (CG-3453), 4 weeks prior to report date, consecutive or non-consecutive, min. 12 days, max. 15 days per fiscal year • Travel is authorized for ONE round trip from home to normal duty site if beyond RCD, including non-consecutive
