Key Highlights of FY2011 Revenues increased 20% in RUR, and 24% to $1,472.9 mln Adjusted EBITDA* increased 9% in RUR, and 12% to $245.5 mln Adjusted EBITDA* margin was 17% Gross profit increased 10% in RUR, and 14% to $369.3 mln Group gross margin was 25% Net income decreased 1% in RUR, and 2% to $147.8 mln Net debt was $719.2 mln The effective cost of debt was 2,0%.
